Dynamic Analysis of a Fault Planetary Gear System under Nonlinear Parameter Excitation

چکیده
In order to facilitate lubrication and avoid the gear stuck due thermal expansion, there needs be a gap between tooth profiles. As strong nonlinear factor, backlash will affect motion state of planetary system. When failures occur, system accordingly change. this study, meshing stiffness pair with tip chipping fault is calculated by combining analytic geometry method potential energy method. Then, new dynamic model including backlash, time-varying mesh stiffness, manufacturing error established study response The equations are derived Lagrangian solved numerical integration Taking excitation frequency as variation parameters, respectively, characteristics analyzed comparing global bifurcation diagrams health system, path into chaos revealed.
